探究甘油葡糖苷的護(hù)膚功效(下)
斑馬魚是一種熱帶淡水魚,因其與人類具有較高的基因同源性[11]、皮膚結(jié)構(gòu)相似性[12-13]、免疫功能的相似性[14]等特點(diǎn)而被廣泛應(yīng)用于藥品、保健食品及化妝品的替代試驗(yàn),同時(shí),斑馬魚試驗(yàn)方法具有可靠性高、試驗(yàn)周期短、成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),因而是功效評(píng)價(jià)良好的初篩方法,目前已有大量功效研究方法采用斑馬魚技術(shù)[15-16]。
有實(shí)驗(yàn)人員利用斑馬魚誘導(dǎo)多種試驗(yàn)?zāi)P?,水溶性給予甘油葡糖苷進(jìn)行干預(yù),探究出甘油葡糖苷、修復(fù)、舒緩及改善微循環(huán)的護(hù)膚功效。
